Shanghai Travel Video
Finally, my Shanghai travel video is out and ready to be viewed! It’s been three months since my first one (Driving in China with a GoPro), but it won’t take so long for the next one.
Shanghai was a nice break from Wuhan, China. It’s extremely modern compared to my current city and even Beijing, which surprised me a lot. It may not have history as ancient and impressive as Beijing, but Shanghai definitely has some Western aspects that we expats miss after living here for so long.
In this Shanghai travel video, you can see a lot of shots of the city’s skyline, including the famous Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the second tallest building in the world.
Nanjing Road and People’s Square are also popular tourist destinations, and in a way, they remind me of Time Square in New York City.
I have to admit that while I loved the different feel Shanghai had, I couldn’t help but think that I could get a very similar experience in any Western city. So I think it’s a good idea to venture out an hour away to Zhujiajio, an ancient town that was built on the water over a thousand years ago! It’s really impressive and one of the most interesting places I’ve visited.
But don’t just take my word for it, check out my Shanghai travel video above!
